We deliver to addresses across the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the Highlands at this time.

Delivery Options

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

At this time, we do not offer order tracking.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., soaps) cannot be returned unless faulty.

  2. Once approved, securely package the item and send it back to us using a tracked or insured service, if preferred.

Return Shipping Costs
